QR Code-Based Entry Management
To streamline the process of providing business cards or filling out address and name information at exhibition booths, seminar venues, etc., this exhibition employs a QR code system on attendee badges. If the QR code on your entry pass is scanned at an exhibition booth or seminar venue, the information you registered upon entering the exhibition will be provided to the relevant exhibitor or seminar sponsor (presenting company) by the organizer.By presenting your badge, you agree to this policy.
Photography
Photography and video recording are prohibited without permission within the exhibition venue. The organizer may use photos of the venue, including facial photos, for exhibition reviews in event reports or on the official website. Please note this in advance.
Pre-registration for seminars
For this event, you can pre-register for each seminar to be held at the physical exhibition and online via the website used for visitor registration.
If you pre-register for any of the seminars listed below, your registration information will be provided to the seminar organizer regardless of whether you attend the seminar on the day of the event.
Additionally, even if you attend or view the seminar without pre-registration, your registration information will be provided to the seminar organizer.

QRコードによる入場管理について
お客様が各出展ブース・セミナー会場等で名刺の提供や住所・氏名を記入いただく作業を省略するため、本展示会では来場者バッジにQRコード・システムを採用しています。出展ブースやセミナー会場等でお客様が提示した入場証のQRコードを読み取られた場合には、展示会来場にあたり登録いただいた情報を、主催者が当該出展者・セミナー協賛者（講演・提供企業）に第三者提供します。バッジを提示いただいた場合は、これに同意されたものとします。
写真撮影について
展示会場内では許可のない写真撮影やビデオ撮影を禁止します。主催者は開催結果報告書や公式ウェブサイト等での展示会レビューに限定し、顔写真を含む会場風景写真を使わせていただく場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
セミナーの事前予約について
本イベントでは、来場登録でご利用いただくサイトから、リアル展、およびオンラインで配信する各セミナーを事前予約することができます。
以下に該当するセミナーを予約いただきますと、セミナー開催当日の出欠の有無にかかわらず、当該セミナーの提供出展者にお客様の登録情報を第三者提供します。
